Moving from one platform to another is one of the most critical IT projects a business can undertake. Done poorly, it means lost email, broken access, and downtime. Done properly, you barely notice it happened.

We plan every migration to the minute — what moves when, who needs access, and what happens if something doesn’t go as expected. Whether you are moving email from one provider to another, migrating files to the cloud, or switching broadband suppliers, we handle the end-to-end coordination so your business continues running.

We can also manage migrations that are part of wider projects — for example, onboarding your IT under our management, or merging systems after an acquisition.

Email migrations

  • Google Workspace → Microsoft 365 — full mailbox, calendar, and contact migration with coexistence options
  • On-premises Exchange → Microsoft 365 — cutover, staged, or hybrid migration depending on your environment
  • POP/IMAP to Microsoft 365 — from any provider (BT, 1&1, GoDaddy, etc.) to Microsoft 365
  • Email DNS configuration — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup to ensure deliverability after the move

Domain and DNS migrations

  • Registrar transfers — moving domain management between registrars without losing service
  • DNS provider migrations — migrating DNS hosting (e.g. GoDaddy → Hurricane Electric, Cloudflare, Route53)
  • DNS reconfiguration — updating records, TTL planning, and cutover management

Data and file migrations

  • On-premises file server → SharePoint / OneDrive — structured migration of files and permissions
  • On-premises file server → cloud file sync — migration to Egnyte, Dropbox Business, or similar platforms
  • Legacy NAS / server to new server — on-premises or cloud destination, with data integrity verification
  • Database migrations — moving MySQL or SQL Server databases between hosts
